As a proactive and responsible measure to COVID-19 (Coronavirus), effective Monday March 16, 2020 the Veterans Service Office is encouraging the veteran community to practice the social distancing guidelines as recommended by the Waupaca County Health Department, Waupaca County Emergency Management Department, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services and United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.  We are postponing the scheduling of non-emergent / non-time sensitive in-office appointments until further notice.  Many questions and some claims related work can be handled via phone or e-mail. Consider reaching us by phone and e-mail at 715-258-6475 and veterans@co.waupaca.wi.us.

We all share responsibility for sustaining/improving the health of our communities by working to slow the transmission rate of this illness.

Additionally, you may experience some delays in communication from our office as we work to ensure and adapt staffing to meet the functional needs of our office.  We appreciate your patience and support during this time.

This situation is dynamic and rapidly evolving.  For the most up to date and reliable information regarding COVID-19 in Waupaca County, please visit the link below.
