Waupaca County Land and Water Conservation Department
The Waupaca County Land and Water Conservation Department was established in 1982. The committee of jurisdiction is a seven-member Land and Water Conservation Committee. There are six Waupaca County Board members and one USDA-FSA County Committee member. The Department’s mission is to help develop land use policies, and provide technical assistance to landowners to reduce sources of non-point pollution. The department administers the Water Quality Program, along with various Federal, State and County Natural Resource Programs.

2020 Tree Order Information
The tree sale for 2020 has closed. You will be notified when the trees are available for pickup via mail and/or email. A postcard will be sent approximately two weeks prior to the pickup time. You may call (715) 258-6245 for any questions regarding the Land & Water Conservation tree orders.
